Martin Goodstein, a founder of Goodstein Management, Inc., has been active since 1959. He became Chairman in 2000.

Mr. Goodstein was born in New York City, and attended New York University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He and his wife, Patricia, have three children and five grandchildren.

Mr. Goodstein continually seeks out new ventures for investment, his major focus being on development and growth, while overseeing the corporate end of Goodstein Management, Inc., as well as being active in the day-to-day management of the more than 12,000 apartments, co-ops and condominiums Goodstein Management, Inc. owns and manages.

Samuel Lewis
President and Chief Operating Officer

Samuel Lewis has been with Goodstein Management, Inc. for 35 years. He became President in 2000. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business as well as handling all new management business development.

Mr. Lewis was born in Miami Beach, Florida. He attended Long Island University, graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Mr. Lewis is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is certified as a "Senior Registered Apartment Manager".

Mr. Lewis is deeply involved in a number of charities. He presently sits as a Trustee on the Board of the National Jewish Medical and Research Center.

Mr. Lewis and his wife Sheila have two children and one grandchild.

Michele Goodstein Rockmore

Michele Rockmore joined Goodstein Management following graduation from New York University. Now in her 15th year with the company, she oversees the management of the Goodstein family's owned portfolio.

She and her husband have two children.
